a. Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order
We ship your order from Monday-Friday except during Malaysia’s public holiday
Your order will receive for Peninsular Malaysia within 3-4 working days. Whereas, Sabah or Sarawak will receive within 14 days. If you are not received your order more than 14 days, please contact cikfincustomerservice@gmail.com
b. Domestic Delivery
For Malaysia shipping we are using J&T,Ninja Van or Pigeon courier
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8 (for weight below 1kg)
Sabah or Sarawak: RM 16 (for weight below 1kg)
c. International Delivery
For international shipping we are using Aramex courier
Rates will be calculated according to weight and are depended by your own country
Estimate delivery will receive within 2 weeks – 1 month

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
